Suspension to www.everris.com

Limit of Liability

Your Contributions
Whenever you submit any material to www.everris.com (including to but without limitation: any text, graphics, video or audio) you grant Everris for the all duration of the Intellectual Property protection (if any) a royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensed right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, play and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to any such work worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any media.
If you do not wish to grant such rights to Everris you should not submit your contributions to the www.everris.com website.
By submitting your contribution to the Website you also:
(i) warrant that such contribution is your own original work;
(ii) agree to compensate Everris against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by Everris as a result of your breach of the above warranty; and
(iii) To the extent of the applicable law, agree to waive any moral rights in your contribution to all the purposes specified herein.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and specific terms appearing elsewhere on www.everris.com relating to specific material, the latter shall prevail.

In order to continuously improve the quality of www.everris.com we reserve the right to make any changes to these Terms of Use at our own discretion. Therefore it is the responsibility of the user of the website to review these Terms of Use regularly.

Governing Law
These Terms of Use are exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where you live, whose courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right at our sole discretion to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.
